Azzure IT’s Quality Management System provides businesses with a fully configurable application within their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, it allows users to create and manage inspection checklists, assign inspections based on users or teams as well as managing failed products through a quarantine and non-conformance process. Key functionality is covered below:-
Inspections
Automatically generate inspections as part of standard purchasing and manufacturing processes.
Users can carry out Inspections and the results are recorded within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system. Past inspection results can be accessed directly from associated documents.
Every inspection may contain a fully configurable “checklist” of requirements or activities that must be carried out as part of the inspection process. This feature provides an entire audit history of pass/fail status, the tests carried out and by whom.
Non Conformance
Non Conformances can be associated with your existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data. This feature allows users to navigate quickly to documents related to the NCR. This reduces duplication or the need to use a different external system.
Tasks can be assigned to individual users or teams to track activities from identifying an issue, investigation, corrective actions, and prevention.
Also included are Improvement Plans, which provide the functionality to track longer-term business improvements.
The dates and outcomes of all actions are recorded and available for analysis. Providing a complete audit trail of your Non Conformance process
